Howdy all, I started out at 6.25 BPEL and 4.25EG. I set a goal for 6.5 BPEL and 4.4 EG and surpassed this to get me now.. 6.6 BPEL and 4.42 EG.
I did about 4 days on 3 days off while exercising and eating properly. On a few occasions I would do a half session instead of a full session and a couple of days take too many rests. However my gains were still pretty good 0.35 EL and 0.17 EG. I have set my goal of 7 BPEL and 4.6EG for one months time.
I believe I will surpass this as I have gained knowledge over the past month and because in the last week and a half my routine and workouts were much better.
