Hey guys, so I’m new to this whole thing. As well as starting PE, Working out is a huge part of my life. So a question to guys who follow a strict diet alongside PE. Do you guys feel you see better results depending on how your diet varies?


Start- May 31 2011 BPEL: 6.5 in. EG: 4.5in.

Update- July 1 2011 BPEL: 6.75 in EG 4.6in.

Aims- BPEL: 7.5in. EG: 5in.

A “healty” diet would be good, much better with regular exercise (non-PE). And the best if you can also limit ejaculations (a performance issue , but not a widely accepted idea in the forum)
