PE Guidance - Newbie questions

A couple of Newbie questions.

Currently been doing the Newbie routine for almost 2 months. But not had an significant gains apart from girth at base.

What exercises focus on mid shaft Girth?

Also what changes can I make to the routine to target length? Both Flaccid and Erect?

Should I now start thinking about targeting one of these areas for a few months rather then both?


Starting: 18/9/2012: BPEL 5.5" NBPEL 5" EGB 4.5" FL 3" FG 3"

Current: BPEL 5.7" NBPEL 5.2" EGB 4.8" EGM 4.4"

Target: BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.5" EGM 5" - FL 4" FG 4"

Your sig says you gained +0.2 length. Those are good gains for 2 months. Keep doing what you’re doing, and let your dick tell you what adjustments to make.
