Peins Pump Question

I use home made pump without Gage I had erectile dysfunction problem of getting rock hard erection and senstivity and spontaneous and morning erection too.

So my question is..

Did I have any injury?

Did it permanent?

How can I cure this problem?

I stop it from 2012 but I did not stop testing. Is this peins pump destroy the peins tissue and penile nerves.?

I try to go many doctors who just said “you are fine”, I do doppler but it show nothing. But every time I go to search I found injuries and permanent effect and that drive me to mad.
