Penis Hangers-BTC
Gents,
I am about two weeks into my hanging journey, and after hearing about BTC hang I decided to try it for a session. I have heard from several that is is an intense stretch.
It’s not. Not for me. Not sure why, though keep in mind as a beginner I am only at four pounds. With that being said, does it still have validity to my routine the same as SD I presume? I only ask because if something does not give you a good stretch.. Should you be focusing on stretch of a different type?
