Is there any imitations of how much you can gain from hanging? 5+ inches?

I’m assuming that as long as you change things up and ride the fatigue then you can continue to gain forever. I am also assuming deconditioning breaks will be in the mix to continue progress. Does this sound possible?

No it is not possible. Biologic tissue has its limits if you want it to be functional. Hey I’m sure with time you can stretch your dick to 18 inches or more but it will not function.

Realistic gains are 1 inch in 1-2 years hard work.

2 inch takes 5-10 years if you even get there.

I can’t prove it, but I always assumed a max of 50% growth. I’d expect my max at just over 8”. 5.5x1.5=8.25”

Pretty much this.

Has there been anybody who has continuously worn a traction device for an extended period of time? Hopefully well maintaining fatigue. I know there’s a bunch of literature about folks using these things and their success from pubmed etc. I would be curious to read any long-term studies

Most guys run out of time, patience or interest long before they run out of growth capacity.

I have a solid 2” of bpel gain this year. Frankly it’s been hard to hang for tbe 300+ hours so far this year. Not sure that I could do more.

In an extender or hanging?

Probably depends on the tissue selection as well. Isn’t there a guy in Latin America who stretched his foreskin out to a ridiculous length! That’s not the actual penis though, the doctor who examined him said this “What the CT scan showed was that there is a very large foreskin. It goes just before the knee. But the penis itself is about 16 to 18cm from the pubis.”. So yeah, definitely a limit to what you can achieve!

+1 Fact! That’s skin. You ever seen foreskin restoration on someone cut, or someone guage their ears? Ears get gross, fast. Skin is not the same. Skin will always stretch.

Hanging and extending have diminishing returns. You can always add more, some not as much, but the marginal gains over the same period of time became less each time until the gains become indistinguishable like adding additional decimals to Pie.

I’ve often wondered what the realistic limit would be. I’d love to add 2” and I’d theoretically be satisfied with that addition, but didn’t know if 4, 5, or 6” was possible or realistic.

Also, when you’re adding length does it keep the same flaccid/erect ratio? For example, if my flaccid length is 80% of my erect length would gains keep this proportion or would one expect to realize it more in one or the other?

Often the limit to a guy’s growth is the time commitment. They’ll have some initial success and either get comfortable with it or perhaps other things absorb their time and PE gets pushed to the bottom of their list.

Flaccid to erect ratio can change; not sure if it always does tho. I was a grower and am now more of a shower, and others have experienced this also. Typically you’ll first see an increase in your bpfsl and bpel change will follow at some point after.

I still feel like the amount of blood in a man’s body limits the penis from growing beyond the point where the body cannot move or keep the required blood in the penis for erection. Can the body make more blood if it gets bigger, like for bodybuilding? I don’t think erections and body muscle growth operate on the same uses of blood. I’ve always assumed that the penis can only get so big before erection is impossible due to the body’s natural restraints.

What do y’all think about this?

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)
