Plan After Newbie Routine

Hey everyone,

I’ve been on the newbie routine for about 5 weeks now and I’m starting to plan for life after the newbie routine. I haven’t seen any results yet, but that doesn’t worry me, because I know I have to be patient with all of this. So, I was thinking that after I get to 600 jelqs and 10 minutes of stretching that I would stop stretching and replace that with the VTC stretch and then continue doing 600 jelqs. Does this sound like a good plan? Should I continue to increase the number of jelqs? And how long should I start off doing the VTC stretch? Thanks in advance for any help!

I meant to say the V stretch and not the VTC stretch

I had the same thing in mind lets wait to see what the vets think. I just don’t know when would be the right time to incorporate V Stretches into my routine.

Keep doing the newbie routine consistently until you hit the 3 months. Then it is safe to do advanced exercises like the v stretch.

If after 3 months of the newbie routine you still havent gained, then increase reps/time. Dont reduce stretching though. If however, you ARE gaining after 3 months, DO NOT change your routine, stick at it until you have gotten all the gains you can from it. (If its not broke, don’t fix it). Good luck.

Keep on going with your newbie routine. What you can do before going for other types of advance routines, is to increase the number of jelqs and to put more force while stretching.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Thanks for all the replies. Should I continue to increase the amount of stretching and the number of jelqs over the next 2 months or should I just stick with 10 minutes of stretching and 600 jelqs?

To me, after two months you can stretch and jelq more, but slow things down if you feel any pain nor numbness.
