Plan After Newbie Routine
Hey everyone,
I’ve been on the newbie routine for about 5 weeks now and I’m starting to plan for life after the newbie routine. I haven’t seen any results yet, but that doesn’t worry me, because I know I have to be patient with all of this. So, I was thinking that after I get to 600 jelqs and 10 minutes of stretching that I would stop stretching and replace that with the VTC stretch and then continue doing 600 jelqs. Does this sound like a good plan? Should I continue to increase the number of jelqs? And how long should I start off doing the VTC stretch? Thanks in advance for any help!
