Plateau with penomet, jelqing
I haven’t been able to be 100% consistent over the years with my routine, but in a typical week I’ll get 3 or 4 workouts in, mostly the basic routine and 15 minute or so sessions in the penomet with the light grey gaiter (next to highest pressure, I think.)
At first I thought I was experiencing pretty rapid gains since I was getting longer and longer in the tube, but I think that’s more because I was learning how to really apply pressure correctly and getting used to the feeling of getting erect while pumping. I went from the 7.75 mark to 8.25 very quickly, but now pretty much any session varies from 8 to 8.5 depending on how aroused I am. It’s been the same for 9 months or so, I’d guess.
Any advice? Next highest gaiter? Pump more? Pump less? Although I’m pretty conservative with it, I don’t see how the penomet could really apply any more pressure. At the end of a session the gaiter is completely compressed and there’s really no way to squeeze more water out.
