Possible advanced newbie routine
Hey guys, I’ve only been a member here for about 2 weeks, but I have followed the basic newbie routines here for about four months. I have had some very impressive gains but I think I found a routine for guys like me.a little past the newbie routine but not quite ready for clamping and hanging yet.
Start completely flaccid, and jelq till mid-erection. Jelq with that straight out.holding it at the end for a slight stretch for about 20 minutes.
After you finish this, I learned from the “Speaking with Big Gainer” thread to stretch straight out with medium tension for about 3 minutes. I do this with baby powder about 20 times.
Last I stretch straight up and kegel about 50 quick releases. I end with getting a FULL erection and I hop in the hot shower to cool down.
This routine has worked great for me. I have seen great EQ and I recently hit 7.75 BPEL with 8.25 BPFSL.
