I am sure this is a stupid question, but I am a newcomer. From pumping alone, can I get some good girth gains, or do I need to get into these Horse Squeezes I hear you people talking about, some have mentioned they can be dangerous if you do them too erect, is this true, and If it is, how should they be done.

I am not a pumper, so I’ll help with what I can, pumping can give you good short term gains, but many people say that pumping gains are not permanent. Please can one of the experienced pumpers confirm whether they have retained gains from pumping in the long term, I am a little suspicious of pumping’s long term effects.

Do you currently do manual PE? Do you intend to? If I were you I’d start off with the newbie routine Newbie Routine and build up the jelqing, which should give you a good girth increase over time. Just work out what feels good for you and build things up gently.
