Pumping on a budget.

I don’t have much money to spend on something like PE, but would really like to get into pumping. I was wondering about the quality and effectiveness of a few of the cheaper ones on eBay. My prime choice is the following, after which are other choices which are close to the same price:

What do you all think as experts (or the closest there is to experts =P)?

The second one looks like it could work. Only drawback is that there is no vacuum pressure gauge to tell you how intense you’re pumping. Forget the first and third with the pressure bulbs.

I don’t have much experience in PE, but I’m wary of pumping. Reading some of the material here I tend to agree with the posters that state that if you do pump, use the device only for short periods of time and with only moderate pressures. I can state from experience that subcutaneous fluid buildup, while temporary, does nothing for PE itself. Also, the accompanying numbness goes contrary to what sexual pleasure, in essence, is about. IMHO you’re better off employing every form of PE, not just pumping.
