Hi guys,

I been reading through the pumping thread and am thorougly confused.

Some guys say that you should slowly work up to higher and higher pump times and pump pressures and that over time your results will start to stay longer the higher you go. Other guys say never to exceed 5hg because > will cause trauma and decrease EQ. Other guys say that 20-30 minutes is too long and uncessary.

My current routine is 5 minutes heat, 15 min manual stretches, 10 minutes jelq’s, 15-20 min of pumping (started at 5min and 4hg, worked my way up to 15-20 min 6hg).

I gained .75”” EL and .5” EG in about 9m, but I’ve kind of stalled. Am I pumping too much? Too little? Should I be doing more sets? How should I change my routine to get my gains back on track?

Those are good gains for 9 months, If you’ve stopped gaining how about a decon break then start over ?

Your routine looks good and Titleist is right about adding another set. I’ve been pumping from the restart of my PE journey and when I stall I take a decon break which if you haven’t yet your due. I stay between 4hg and 6hg unless I do gprents incremental pumping then I’ll go up to 7hg for about 5 mins. I suggest looking it up it’s a great pumping routine.

I have a high-level “theory” questoin for you guys.

After doing my initial research and reading some pieces on the PE theory by thoughtful gold, I was under the impression that PE works as follows.

Initial newbie routines come from stretching the ligs. After you get your easy newbie gains by stretching the ligs, there’s only so much you can gain that way. Then you need to move onto stretching the tunica (which grows slowly by cell division through cytokinesis). This is a long and slow process which requires tension over long periods of time.

Wouldn’t this imply that at some point if I want to keep gaining in LENGHT that I need to move on from jelqing (got my newbie lig gains) and pumping (really only targets girth, not enough tension x time to target lenght) to an extender or hanging? Or can I keep gaining forever by jelqing and pumping?

When I told you to pump for 25-30 minutes continuous, I was telling you what worked for me. I also told you to take a month to slowly add more time and condition yourself to be able to achieve that with no adverse effect. Then I said, after reaching that 25-30 minute goal you can slowly start pumping at higher pressures to achieve larger and longer lasting results as you go to 5”hg and eventually 6”hg, but don’t exceed 6”hg. All of this with the understanding that if your cock shows distress, to slow things down a bit.

One thing for sure, there are lots of ways to achieve PE success and you will probably end up having to try many before you find the one that works best for you.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I go as high as 15hg. I don’t stay there long. Usually 10-15secs at a time. But it seems to give me the best stretch in the tube. At 5hg, I go to 8.5-8.75 in the tube. At 15hg, I’m able to get to 9.inches of length in the tube.

It’s always confusing and diversified when the subject is biological development, paradoxal results at every level.

I had an awesome spur of growth by doing a silly routine consisting of linear newbie routine along with few minutes of pumping at 4-5” HG pressure, three times per week. Happened only once, tried to more times, ending with empty hands.

If you keep trying eventually you will find the golden goose, just don’t go with a big willy attitude by setting everything to extreme because uncontrolled and chronic inflammation means serious illness later in life.
