Question about hanging

Shall I go for a blend of stood up, BTC and over the shoulder each day or work on one at a time like BTC one week stood up the next week etc any input is highly appreciated

Why not go for one thing at a time? Most hangers stay with straight down and BTC until gains have been exhausted.

Cool thanks, I normally mix it up when I can’t feel a pull anymore, but I will try concentrating on one

I think angles matter in theory but bundling and fulcrum matter more and play best with Straight Down. So I would do what makes it easiest to clock the time.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I would like to have a 100% secure answer for that, the one I think might be the best is what Bib advises that will be: until you have maxed out your ligs you should do only BTC. Then, you can do other angles to target the tunica.

But in the end of the day it is your decision to make as it is your body.

Bundling is attaching your hangar and twisting it a half or full turn before letting the weight be suspended. That adds stress and trauma that is increased without increasing weight.

Fulcrum hanging is using a rod or something to hang your penis over before suspending weight for the session. Same principle as bundling. It adds stress to the tunica without requiring increased weight.

Both methods are good ways to jumpstart and keep gains coming if hanging stalls without immediately resorting to more weight.
