I have a question. When I do the LOT check my penis stops retracting between 6 - 7 oclock.

Now I dont understand what they mean with

When LOT is 6:00-7:00, potential gains from low hanging and stretching is low enough to ignore ligament stretching. Focus should be placed on stretching the tunica by high angle stretching and hanging

Can someone explain to me what I should do for the best gains ?

In theory that is true. Modestoman has spent a lot of time in a thread called “lot theory” or similar that he started (search!) it contains a neat lot simulator that should be of interest to you.

I’d ignore the LOT theory. Aim for lig gains from downward angles initially, they are the easiest form of gain and you shouldn’t discount them. If you are convinced you are a low LOT guy, use the BTC stretch to guarantee you are stretching way below your LOT.

What your quote is suggesting is stretching high angles and working the shaft of the penis rather than the (ligament) attachment points. It’s worth considering this nce you are certain you cannot get lig gains.

Initially I read that stretching down, was not useful then since you will only ‘stretch’ the ligaments. But then I read about the BTC stretch, that claims to stretch those ligaments? :S

Also, I still didn’t find a good picture that shows me what the tunica is.. It’s not all that simple to understand the vocabulary from a strange language on a new subject. :)

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I never used the LOT theory because I don’t believe in it. Don’t put to much value on the LOT theory.
