Question about moving on past the newbie routine
So, I have been doing the newbie routine for about 6 weeks now, with some small unavoidable breaks. I am stretching for 10 minutes (2 60second stretches in each direction, plus 1 minute helicoptor (?) stretch for a minute each way). Would anyone recommend a 5 on 2 off routine? I exercise in the morning before work and find it easier to wake up a bit earlier and do my PE right after my cardio, but I am just too busy on the weekends to do it.
Is 5 on, 2 off okay? Also, I want to move on to some clamping to get some more girth. When would be a good time (already going for about 6 weeks) to introduce clamping?
