Question about the Newbie Routine?

I was wondering if it makes a difference if I go every other day…vs 2 days on 1 day off…I started this about 1 year ago. Some fellow members suggested I take 3 1/2 weeks off. I restarted with the newbie routine for about 1 month just to get myself warmed up. I figure if I get 4-5 times a week I should be good to go. What do you think?

It all boils down to two points:

1. Are you gaining?

2. How are your PIs and your EQ (erectile quality)?

Every other day (50%) is a lighter routine than two days on, one day off (66%). If it’s working for you, go with it. If it’s not, step it up or dial it down based on your PIs.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.
