Question for the pros about targeting glans girth

Guys,

I want to only work the girth in my glans until I have fully exhausted my length gains. My idea is to continue hanging as I have been without jelqing, but add in a vacuum assisted glans pump. I have a pump that has a long rubber sleeve and what I am able to do it put just my glans in and wrap the rubber sleeve with electrical tape. Then I am able to vacuum in just the head of my penis.
Do you think this will be enough to target my head? I have the length from hanging and now I want the head to really stand out. I have been faced with a head that is barely larger than the shaft and I want to change that!

Any other tips that won’t affect the entire shaft would be appreciated. Also you opinions on how this will work and how long it will take before gains would be appreciated.

Well I’m no girth expert (yet :) ) but I do know that ULI #3’s and maybe Extreme ULI’s (which you can find about here on Thunder’s) will give you more shaft girth unfourtently maybe messing your length gains up a little and causing some discoloration (which can be elimenated or minimized with wrapping to remove discoloration or using warm wraps etc) but ULI’s are pretty much the only girth excersize I know around here talked about that is known to increase glans/penis head size over time. Also I remember you can traction wrap just tight enough to let the inflow of blood come in but restrict the outflow of blood near the top of the shaft I believe so you can balloon the glans/head over time with the wrap on for a long time and then keep it in the ballooned state for a while (I don’t know the exact time so read more and excersize caution when trying, look for head discoloration) and after doing this for a while you could get glans/head gains that way too. LOL, I also remember another technique since you hang where you could leave a little more blood (kegel it in before you tighten wrap the wrap and attach and tighten the hanger) in the glans/head making it a little more ballooned and then do some hanging sets and over time this is supposed to enlarge your glans/head as well. This is of course a advanced hanging technique and if you are not really comfortable with hanging or don’t know much about it yet then skip this tip.

This info should help you, if not then at least to help you with what you should be searching for here at Thunder’s for your problem. Good luck and good gains…

The glans is one of those genetically predetermined anatomical parts; more or less, so if your head is ill shaped or completely out of proportion with the rest of your unit you probably will find it difficult to do much augmentation. However, there is a pseudo-test in order to analyze potential gains that could be had with a disciplined approach.

If you can shake blood into the penis and engorge to a level where you can balloon the head through pressure applied to the shaft, this expansion or ballooning is your potential for new gains. Almost all of us have this “built-in” capacity. Three part Ulis starting at the base and then mid-shaft and then just below your coronal ridge is a good exercise to build pressure and increase expansion incrementally as you work up the shaft.

You can also pull back on the glans which will stretch the dense tissue, you must pull to the degree that your urethra exit hole will feel pain from the stretch. Gradually you will habituate to this painful sensation, you will gain surface area and expansion of the glans (also, a bigger pee hole, so you can take a horse piss).

The capillaries on your glans will expand and it will be important to exercise multiple times during the day in order to improve your erectile circulatory system (widening of arterioles). A good month or two of this rigorous workout will begin to elicit results.

I would skip this part. Makes no sense to do something to the point of pain.

Perhaps a bit OT, but shouldn’t the following be a good technique to enlarge the CS ?

Getting a 90% erection, then squeeze tight at the base, and then squeeze the glans to balloon the CS.

Just a suggestion from a complete nubie.

I’ve suggested the following glans exercise here.

I still do this exercise from time to time, and have never had a problem from it. However, I don’t do it very often, so I still can’t claim that it will give “permanent” glans gains.

Now, I also sometimes use a clamp at the base, in addition to the ace bandage and therawrap.

I’m still convinced that if anything will work it is something like this exercise, for the simple reason that with it you can pump as much blood into the glans as you want, and as is safe.

Just go easy with this one, and remember: Pain is always bad!

I know nothing about pumping the glans.

Everyone experiences pain in different degrees, some have played an entire half of football on a broken whatever. You can pluck hairs and it is painful at first but after you pluck enough there is little pain; you can grab a handful and rip them out of your chest or where ever. I do not recommend a newbie to engage in more advance exercises; everyone should progress at their own speed and understand their bodies anatomy and pain thresholds.

My glans gains have proceeded proportionately with my girth gains, so I cannot say any one technique is going to give you pronounced expansion. I do believe I have increased the surface area, the tissue is elastic and susceptible to deformation. It does require more draconian methods to arrive at this condition ( I will not outline my method with clothes pins due to a sensitive audience). Stretching your urethra opening has the same sensation as plucking hairs; initially, you have to bite the bullet, but to do damage requires a serious effort (You must understand what your penis will and will not do).

People talk about putting mechanical clamps on their penis and nothing is uttered, but mention stressing your piss hole and all of a sudden we are back to dawn 9/11. Sometimes proportion is not part of the equation, the hands are infinitely more tuned into stress factors than a Stanley “C” clamp (just my opinion).

Where did you get this theory from?


Starting size: 7"x5.25" bp

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

This so-called theory is just the common jelq with added emphasis to your corona. The glans is the end of your pipe and will take the most abuse, during penetration it has to burrow through a sometimes dry and tight hole and during an erection it has to hold the entire appendage together and resist an explosion (A pepsi bottle in the freezer will blow its cap under temperature extremes).

The technique to getting optimal expansion of the glans is not to become too erect during the exercise. When you become to erect in the jelq/expansion process it is like the pepsi bottle in the freezer; your head will not pop off but your exercise will be futile because the pressure is too high for elasticity thresholds of the tissue. A soft penis with complete engorgement is a tool waiting to be exploited. Hang tough, hang long.

As I said earlier, some have managed to make their glans bigger, but it takes a lot of hard work and for most it’s not going to happen because the glans doesn’t have a tunica like the corpora do that can be enlarged with PE exercises.
