Alright I read the really long post about LOT theory. I didnt understand any of it! Loss of tugback so on. Can anyone explain to me in simpler terms wat LOT is?

Do the newbie routine, don’t worry about LOT yet. Get the basics down first.

LOT is not something you should be worried about. LOT is basically a number that describes the geometry of the different attachment points between the body and the penis. Some people believe that one’s LOT is a predictor of gains one can achieve by stretching ligaments. Some do not. Unless you have an acedemic interest, I would leave the whole LOT business alone unless and until you decide to start hanging. Even then, I personally think you’d be better off just ignoring the theory.

Fanks guys. Another question, wat is the tunica and how can I stretch it? And if I stretch the ligs would the angle of my erection go down (it’s already only at bout 90 degrees or maybe even lower)
