From all of the varied experimental newbie routines, with some achieving spectacular results ( i.e. gaining 1/2 inch in a month or less),

have any of these routines been tried by a number of men with similar remarkable results?

If so, please give details.

I gained 1 cm my first month. I think is was a combination of newbie gains and regaining size due to age and not the routine.

I am about to finish my first month of my new routine. And, even though I have been doing PE off and on for years, I think my results may be considered newbie gains. I have gained about 1 cm (or 0.4 inches). The main thing that changed is consistency and applying proper heat. My routine is outlined in Progress Reports and involves pumping and wearing an ADS, so I wouldn’t consider it a newbie routine. However, there are some things I learned that helped me.

1. Heat is your friend - I didn’t have heat for a long time, then bought a heat pad and noticed better stretch immediately.

2. Consistency is key - it takes time and effort, no shortcuts. So be willing to put in the time. If you want gains, don’t be sloppy. Make a plan and stick to it.

3. Experiment to find out what works - everyone is different, and pulling harder doesn’t mean growing faster. After going through 3 different ADS systems, I finally found one that works very well for me. Different people might not need equipment, but for me it has been beneficial.

4. Be healthy - this might be obvious but sometimes is overlooked. Things like diet and exercise can change many things like EQ, hormones, and your mental health. These all play a big role in PE.

These are very basic; but I believe if they are applied to any routine, it will produce results.

My Routine:

Morning:
—5-10 minutes heat pad
—5-10 minutes manual stretching
—3-8 hours ADS (silicone sleeve variation) *2 rest days per week*

Afternoon:
ADS as needed, allowing breaks for circulation
—Manual stretching/massaging as needed

Evening:
—5-10 minutes heat pad
—5 minutes manual stretching
—20 minutes pumping (HydroXtreme 9) with silicone cock ring (custom) allowing breaks for circulation *3 days in a row, 4 rest days per week*
—5 minutes heat pad

I was 95% consistent with pumping and wearing the ADS, which I believe to be the more important things, and honestly maybe about 50% with manual stretching.
