What is better for flaccid gains stretching or jelqing?

Stretching, emphasizing the ligaments.

Stretching can cause temporary turtling, but in the long run it can give you permanent lenght gains. Never really gained flaccid lenght from any PE. Then again I smoke alot and eat unhealthy food maybe that’s why I don’t have a big flaccid size.

I really want a bigger flaccid as it really drives me nuts that I don’t, honestly if I could only pick one bigger flaccid or bigger erect, I know they go hand in hand, but if I could have one or the other I would go with flaccid for a number of reasons, I need big flaccid gains and I have four months to do it, do I push through the turtling and eventually it will go away? I obviously would like erect gains to but for my situation I need flaccid sooner. I just started last week after about a year or lurking on here and experimenting with it, I am committing big time to it now and I pray I can reach my goals I really need it. As of the first week and as for my plans for the whole four months is just stretching, jelqing, edging, eating right, and getting in shape, is there anything else I should add? Also everybody mentions heat but does anybody have experience using cold therapy? I know you guys will probably say it won’t work because it contracts you and heat expands you, but I fell like thats just what people think and no one has tried it, I have experimented with it and I think it will help get gains, along with using heat also obviously.

This forum has too much information about that, you should searching first, for example the BTC stretch and one exercise that we the spanish speakers named “señoritas”.

I can tell you, if you’re on a tight timetable, you’re less likely to see *any* gains of any kind. PE doesn’t offer short-term rewards based on any calculable equation. You can just see gains in a long-term sense, depending on how you gain at different phases and it being an overall increase by the end of the year.

I’d work stretches and jelqing, neither alone is as effective as both in moderation. Not in the beginning stages.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thank you thoughtfulgold, appreciate the response, I am not going to rush it I am treating it as if I did not have a timetable and using moderation I just hope that I can cement some solid newbie gains in a few months and hope that I am a quick grower, I understand this stuff takes time and I am dedicated to reach my goals in PE no matter how long it takes me, I am in it for life, It just so happens that I actually am on a time table right now and there is nothing I can do to change that, once I get through what I am encountering in a few months I will never have a timetable again, but until that I do and would really like a nice newbie gain before time comes where I will have to stop for a few months and also be seen naked by other men. I am hoping it can be kind of like lifting weights when you are weak and just beginning as I am small and just beginning, gains come very quick in the weight room until you hit that plateau where it takes more time to move up in weights. The more you move up in weight the harder it is to keep moving up. Also I thank and commend you and others for being so vigilante on this site to help anyone and everyone, I have been lurking on here for a while and find this to be an absolute great site, it is the best of its kind and that is a fact, thanks to people like yourself. One last thing, I know everybody has there reasons, but I simply can’t understand why there are so many people on this site it almost seems like its even the majority of people, are naturally well endowed with 7 inch dicks and a nice hang but still want to be bigger. If I were so lucky to be one of them I sure would not waste my valuable time trying to get bigger, I think of most of these men who this applies to went a day with a small dick they would cherish what they were given and not feel the need to do this sort of stuff. Not judging or hating on anyone just my opinion of the matter.

First, let me get the mod stuff out of the way. Please read the Forum Guidelines regarding punctuation and sentence structure. You made a really long paragraph made of run-on sentences and commas. That is hard to read for non-English speakers. Please, note this in the future.

And you *see* a lot of guys endowed at 6.4” or above because that’s where most men are confident enough to actually post a public progress report. Most smaller endowed guys just don’t share their stats in a public report. But if you go through the database you’ll find plenty of people of all sizes at PE, just silently.

Also, your opinion is based on a perspective you have now. The fact is, size insecurity is rife across all size ranges and even if you were 7” naturally, your mindset cannot be predicted and you could still have sought out PE like many others have. You made your statement using the mindframe you have now, at your current size. You have no method to simulate the mindframe you would have if you were naturally 7” or larger other than a guess. Perspective isn’t fact, it’s just…a worldview. And a small view of one side of a picture, your current side.

After all, you cannot fathom the inside of any other man’s mind. It’s a trick yet to be done by anyone. *chuckles*

There are so many things mentioned here, so let me start off with the first.

Heat is not so much for the gains, as it is for preventing injuries. So seeing that you are a beginner (newbie) to PE, heat is crucial so that you don’t injure yourself.

Currently I am experimenting with a stretch routine that doesn’t involve heat, and yes, I’m seeing good results, but no, I’m not going to share it as I believe you will injure yourself and I don’t want to be responsible for that. I have over 5 years of PE experience and still approach stretching without heat very cautiously because the risk of injury is very high.

Now about your comments on big guys doing PE. I started off at 5.2 inches (very much average) and almost gave up on PE. Long story short, I’m currently at just over 8 inches and I’m hooked on PE. Its like asking a body builder why he still hits the gym because he already looks good. Its a lifestyle, not a hobby.
