Quick Questions Regarding PE as a novice
Hey all. I been doing my due diligence with a newbie program. I was in the military for a while and always noticed my body grew so much better when I switched up the workout stimulus on a weekly basis, as well as more than appropriate healing/off days. More so than I liked but I seemed to grow better so I followed suit. Would this compliment the way PE will work for me?. I’ve designed a program with core relying on the start here thread on this forum board but I’ve switched up everything in regards to change in stimulus on a weekly basic, not longer durations by much.
EX. 5 on 2 off, 1 on 1 off, 1 on 2 off etc. AM and PM split sessions with same overall duration on certain weeks, not double. Stretching and jelqing duration increases by 1-3% per every other week with an end goal of hitting the 12 minute stretching mark by the end of month 3 and 120 Jelqs by month 3. I’ve started this routine at 50 jelqs with a 5-7 stretch. Do any of you guys pull lightly at the end of the Jelq?. I know things are all relative with anything in life but I just wanted to post this mainly for veterans to scan and see if they can offer advice they might of wished they had when they first started. My last question I have is if I’m going for length and stretching is the bigger exercise here, should I throw more stretch days into the program while slightly minimizing how many times I jelq/week?. I can see how girth growth would effect maximizing length growth and if cutting out jelqing to have say 70/30 Stretching to jelqing program, would it be beneficial?. Thoughts for the newbie?, cheers.
