I can’t continue with PE because I don’t want the turkey neck to get bigger. I am certain I did not have it before. I know it’s not a big deal but it looks weird but the main reason is that I don’t like the idea that I’m effecting my unit in ways that are not in my control.
Has anyone stopped PE and seen the turkey neck disappear? My thoughts are that my gains are probably not cemented so the turkey neck could disappear along with my gains? Thoughts?
And how can you guys continue with PE while not being in full control over how your unit changes?
A turkey neck is a result of the skin being pulled on during your exercises. As you pull the shaft skin away from your body, it can also pull the skin connected to the shaft around the scrotum, eventually stretching it to a point where it rides up the shaft, mimicking the flap of skin under a turkey’s head.
I like to think of it like this:
While laying in bed with your partner, they start tossing and turning (probably dreaming about how big your penis is), and by morning they end up with most of the sheets, you are cold and you complain but it doesn't really solve the problem because they are asleep while they are doing it. You pull the sheets back to your side and get the idea to tuck the sheets under your body so your partner can do whatever the heck they want and your sheets will stay where they belong.
I don’t think it will go away on it’s own (now you have to pull the sheets back to your side), but it might. There are specific exercises that can reduce and eliminate the turkey neck issue by stretching the right skin. Also, most PE exercises can be modified to incorporate an anti-turkey neck technique.
The more you research, the more you will become comfortable with what you are doing and why you are doing it.
