Hey gents, new here but excited to have found a community around this info. I thought growing your penis was a myth until I really dove in and saw others with extraordinary results.

I’m currently sitting at 6 inches length erect and 5.5 inches girth erect, wouldn’t say I have an end goal, I’ll be happy with an extra inch in length honestly.

Before I get attacked for not reading though hundreds of posts, I’ve never contributed to a forum and I’m only about 1.5 months into PE.

So here’s my current routine, please give all the positive criticism and routines I should add, I’m disciplined and willing to take any form of guidance or new methods.

My daily routine has been to shower, warm myself up, and to pump with a bath mate. I do three sets of 5 minutes. I’ve seen a for sure change in my flaccid length over the last 1.5 months which gives me hope that something is happening l.

From there I go use my zen hanger, one set of 20 minutes. I started at 2 pounds and have since moved to 4.5 pounds gradually working my way up in weight.

I’ll generally pump once a day in the AM or PM, but I’ve been doing two sets of hanging. Once in the morning and once before bed.

I’ve read that one should focus on either length or girth first, is this true?

Ima pretty sure I can throw some jelqing into the mix, will this be a game changer for me?

yes man from everything that comes out of the testimonies of us Thunder’s users penis growth is not a myth but reality!
You are basically a beginner so I think the routine you described that you started with is too pushy.
The general recommendations are to start with a basic routine of three months so as to condition the penis to receive the right stimulation and not run into any problems. Normally at this stage there are immediate and good growth results but then going forward it will not always be at the same rate.
After this phase it is advisable to increase the manual exercises and combine the use of the pump, then after a few months you can move on to ADS where the stress on the penis is greater, but always without exaggeration and make the advances with due calm.
Regarding the preference between length and girth affects the need on which you feel the need to increase, you can carry on both and generally girth is harder to increase.

I would also offer to step back from a daily routine to maybe 2 days on 1 day off routine. That allows your tissues a day of rest. Many find that works for them. I know it does for me. Good luck with your endeavors.

I can only speak for myself but, I dont see nothing too pushy about this routine.

I myself judge everything by my EQ. If EQ drops = Im doing too much, if EQ is perfect I am going to do more.


Start: 6.3"BPEL X 5.1" MSEG

Now: 7.3" BPEL X 5.7" MSEG

Goal: 9.0" BPEL X 6.5" MSEG

The Zen Hanger is a noose hanger, right? Just be careful.

Consider adding heat.

Your girth of ~5.5" is solid, same as mine when I started. I concentrated on length.


BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"
