Rate My Routine M
Hey gents, new here but excited to have found a community around this info. I thought growing your penis was a myth until I really dove in and saw others with extraordinary results.
I’m currently sitting at 6 inches length erect and 5.5 inches girth erect, wouldn’t say I have an end goal, I’ll be happy with an extra inch in length honestly.
Before I get attacked for not reading though hundreds of posts, I’ve never contributed to a forum and I’m only about 1.5 months into PE.
So here’s my current routine, please give all the positive criticism and routines I should add, I’m disciplined and willing to take any form of guidance or new methods.
My daily routine has been to shower, warm myself up, and to pump with a bath mate. I do three sets of 5 minutes. I’ve seen a for sure change in my flaccid length over the last 1.5 months which gives me hope that something is happening l.
From there I go use my zen hanger, one set of 20 minutes. I started at 2 pounds and have since moved to 4.5 pounds gradually working my way up in weight.
I’ll generally pump once a day in the AM or PM, but I’ve been doing two sets of hanging. Once in the morning and once before bed.
I’ve read that one should focus on either length or girth first, is this true?
Ima pretty sure I can throw some jelqing into the mix, will this be a game changer for me?
