Realistic goals

Hey everyone,

I’m a 23-yo dude and I have a ton of issues to be dealt with, most of them with my friend down there. My erections are rock solid, but I can’t bend the base much at all when at 100%. This is a major issue, since I have a significant upwards curve and a high angle, so I can’t seem to get it to a comfortable angle for penetration / sex overall. Besides that I’m at about 14.5 cm NBP, but it’s more like 13 cm NBP because of the curve, and I have to put a lot of pressure into it to straighten it to measure, and even then I can only stretch it out a bit.

As for my flaccid, I generally hang at 8 cm NBP flaccid length and around 10 cm for the girth. I don’t recall my erect girth measure, but I’m alright with how it is for now tbh, I’d say it’s pretty decent. I also have a ton of extra foreskin because of years of masturbation and I don’t last long when fapping either (I’ve become dependent on porn a lot). My glans (and also the foreskin a bit) is quite dry and cracked; making it look wrinkled and old.

I don’t want to make any long-term goals just yet, trying to keep things realistic here:

MY 1 YEAR GOALS:
- 1.5 cm erect length gain (NBP).
- 2 cm flaccid length gain (NBP).
- 1 cm flaccid girth gain.
- Straightening the upwards curve a bit (not completely of course).
- Stretching out the ligaments a fair bit to hang a bit lower and have a more comfortable erect length.
- Make gains but keep the skin from stretching any further.
- Restore the glans if possible.
- Take better care of myself (gym, running and diet).
- Read more on self-improvement and try to better myself everyday.
- Quit porn.

I would appreciate your input on whether this is plausible, as well as any tips/advice you might give me on how to achieve the stated goals!

PS: I don’t have access (nor will I for the time being) to extenders, hanging equipment, etc, so it’s all up to the “Newbiw Routine” and other manual exercises.
