Regaining Losses

Hi guys,

I started JP90’s jelqing routine and did it for 5-6 months but I had a 4-8 week rest in between (health reasons).

My EQ has dropped a lot and my flaccid size seems much smaller. I have also noticed that I have lost some erect length and girth.

My question is: If I restart this routine would my gains come back quicker than a complete beginner starting out and could I possibly gain this back in 2-3 months instead of 6? Including my flaccid size.

I started out at around 6x5 and I am trying desperately to make it to 7x5.5. How long will this take me bearing in mind I have been at it for 6 months and most people are making these gains in one year?

Also, is there anything else I can do in the meantime to restore my EQ to what it was as I can’t even seem to get fully hard anymore.

Thanks guys

Why you had losses is key to this question. Usually, just stopping a routine for a while wouldn’t have you with such heavy losses and EQ dropping like that. Did you injure yourself? Did your health issues involve heart or blood pressure, testosterone or prostate health?

Because if we don’t know what made you experience this drastic change we can’t say what would help or not. It feels like more is missing from this sudden, serious problem as far as causation and I’m at a loss right now as to what to advise.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Hi Renne.
Most people, from what I’ve read, get there gains back quicker than the first time. However, are you sure you have lost gains, or is the reduction in EQ the reason for lower measurements :-k
Also, most people (including me) don’t make those types of gains in the first year… so don’t beat yourself up about it. Just because you read a few posts from a few fast gainers, doesn’t mean everyone does it.
So, go and have a beer, cheer yourself up… and get your mind back on it :)

It just seems a lot harder for me to get an erection now than it did then and I can’t seem to ever get fully hard like I could before.

I don’t think I had an injury at any point the only thing I did was take a break for about a month and now things are so much different than back then.

Also my flaccid is much flaccid than it was while I was doing my routine.

If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it as my relationship is going downhill quickly and I don’t want to lose her. Thanks.

Your (health reasons) could have a lot to do with your situation. The best thing to do is not think about it too much and just take it nice and easy as you get back into your PE routine.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Should I start back on, say 150 jelqs a day and increase it by 10 or 20 every week?

Until what has caused your problem is clear, you shouldn’t do any PE at all. Full stop. That has a high chance of compounding your problem if you don’t know exactly what’s going on.

What do you suggest I do then?

Well, you haven’t given us any details. Only you know what your issues are. But…take the following into account:

If you’re over 40, get screened for prostate cancer. Check your Testosterone levels. The level of size loss and erection quality loss inspires a serious body problem that isn’t caused by simply quitting PE for 8 weeks.

If your health issues were blood pressure or heart related, look into erectile dysfunction medicine.

If your health issues leave you sickly, low on energy or physically wasted away to some degree focus on your body before getting back into PE.

And if whatever happened with your erection strength and loss of size gets worse, see a doctor immediately.

I don’t know what your age, activity level, weight, smoking status are. But…those are the best shots in the dark I can give you. They apply to just about everything I could think of.

I’m 25 so I’m not sure why I am having these problems. Is it possible to lose 5 months gains in 4-8 weeks?

I also smoke but I didnt have these issues when I was doing the routine. My erections were much harder but now my EQ is so bad that I can’t seem to get back to the same level of hardness as before.

I also havent had any serious health conditions that could affect that. I am still young.

What you describe doesn’t come out of nowhere. I’m 32 and I have high blood pressure and otherwise am healthy. Things happen. Doesn’t matter how old you are. You are describing something a urologist or other specialist needs to check out. PE won’t help an issue that popped up like this if you don't know the cause. I am telling you, a doctor to isolate what exactly happened is a step you need to take, regardless of what you want to do after.

Cuz…I don’t think any of us know what is going on with you.

Is it possible that I lost ALL of my 6 minth gains in 4-8 weeks though?

I’ve heard of worse. But usually it’s tied to an injury or a serious medical problem like I mentioned above. That’s why I keep saying SEE A DOCTOR.

Is it possible for you to tell us what the health reason was for taking off the 4 to 8 weeks… we can’t help you if you don’t tell us all the facts. :)
