If you want to have something to do, in the meantime search for pelvic floor stretches and reverse kegels, since your pelvic floor is probably tight from all the stress and it’s what’s causing your penis to compress, not shrink.

I lost all the gains that I had and now my flaccid is like 3.5 inchs and thin again. It feels bad especially when I had increased the size of it in the 5 months I was doing my routine.

I am only average (6 inches) erect but it is my flaccid size that I worry about more.

So taking a 2 month break in between has made me lose all my gains and possibly even erect gains I am not sure because I seem to be fully impotent these days..

I would like to get my flaccid size back to how it was but I can’t get penis even semi erect enough to carry on jelqing.

You are psyching yourself out. Period. Seriously. This is the same thing that happened to this other user in this thread.
