Well, that explains a lot. How do you expect to get an erection if you are depressed… your mind is a powerful thing. You need to talk to your girlfriend and explain that your going through a rough patch, and this is the reason for your low EQ. If she worth keeping, she’ll understand and support you. Then you need to see a doctor and explain your issues, get checked to make sure there is nothing physical wrong. Also talk to him about your mental state… I’m pretty sure that’s going to be your problem. There’s no other logical reason otherwise for a 25 year old to have this issue, especially when you haven’t injuried your penis. You need to work on getting your head in a better place… try and cheer yourself up. :)

I’m no doctor (I’m more the guy you go to see when you need cheering up… and you don’t mind losing your girlfriend in the process :D ), but I think you should see a doctor first… what’s another couple of days. :)

I’ve touched on this before in this thread…

6 weeks into newbie routine and dick is shrinking. What am I doing wrong?

Please read through the post and comments. I still recommend working through your issues completely before attempting PE.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I just cannot understand why my flaccid is so much smaller and my EQ is so low now.

It is really affecting my relationship and to be honest, I wish I could get back to where I was at already.

How am I supposed to know if I have an injury?

Okay.

Injuries are characterized by tenderness and pain. Odd sensations, numbness. Bleeding, broken and raw skin. Check out the Injuries and Treatments forum for more.

You being excessively worried can greatly contribute to this. Really, read the thread I linked in my post prior to this. Your mind is key here.

I remember when I got fired from work and had some arguments with my girl all in one month, my unit was shrunk to like half the size while flaccid and smaller when erect. I was doing ton of kegels so the erection was pretty hard, but the size was surely smaller. Now with just a bit of jelqing/stretching it’s back to normal and I hang normally while flaccid. Listen to what thoughtfulgold said, get out of depression first. Your daily life is a huge factor in your gains and loses.

How long did it take you to get back to the size you were previously? After losing your gains..

Going by what thoughtfulgold says, I don’t have an injury so I will continue the routine and hope for the best.

Is it possible that I could regain my losses in a much shorter amount of time now, say 2-3 months instead of 6?

Also, if I have lost ALL flaccid gains does that mean I have lost my erect gains too?

Because my flaccid size is the same as before I started PE.

The first response I made in this thread stated that you don’t get these kind of losses from time off. I’ve taken 6 to 8 months off with no losses. My entire theory revolves around taking extended time off from time to time. I have repeated again and again that if you do not know why you've had losses that PE won't help and could hurt.

You’re being obstinate and I’m not going to keep going back and forth with you. I’m not going to say go back to PE till you solve your problems completely. Otherwise you’ll be like the guy I linked and wondering why you’re still showing losses.

I can’t walk the journey for you.

I was doing the routine for 5-6 months and had about 2 months off in between. Are you saying I wouldn’t lose my gains in that amount of time?

What is trying to be said here is: stop caring about it!

Go on with your life for a bit, you’ll get back to PE, no doubt. You didn’t lose anything.

If you want to have something to do, in the meantime search for pelvic floor stretches and reverse kegels, since your pelvic floor is probably tight from all the stress and it’s what’s causing your penis to compress, not shrink.
