I have been experimenting with ‘Autogenic Training’ a form of relaxation training developed by a Germans… Its basically a method to put yourself into a state of deep muscle relaxation through giving your body ‘verbal commands’ and ‘feeling relaxation from the inside out’. At first you start with relaxing just one arm, then two, then legs, then the whole body. Eventually collapsing the whole practice into a short routine that you can calm yourself down with.

I do this for other purposes, but I have experienced PE related effects which I will share.

I’m just at the end of the "heaviness" phase and this is what I can report: I lay down for 10 minutes and get up totally relaxed with the LONGEST, WELL CIRCULATED SOFTEST, MOST PILLOWY Flaccid of my life. Pretty much every time. On command. Its the flaccid I would be happy to have as a finished product. Its become a routine to pull down my pants and check in the mirror… I know I did my relaxation work right If I get up and I’ve got this amazing hanging flaccid.

When I’m done with the "heaviness" routine on my body, I run it on my genitals. With each breath I feel this delightful tingling in that area and my testicles feel like they are moving around. This sounds crazy, maybe, but It has been my experience.

I like to do a 10 minute session right before my PE Sessions.

Now the magic flaccid doesn’t last all day. But I cant help but wonder if doing this a few times a day, cant chill me out permanently or trend in the direction of being more relaxed in general. Or if I can use it to max the flaccid before I show it to a girl for the first time….?

You are describing self hypnosis. I’ve played with it and some audio files that I use to guide myself into trance.

Essentially, I’m sure the answer is yes. Your body can do it and sooner or later will create for you the things you ask of it.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

This is a form of mindfulness. Specifically, being aware of your body. Definitely can also fall under forms of hypnosis and meditation. I know I am preaching to the choir here when I say, the mind is powerful thing.

I got into it to reduce stress. I developed a 3 pronged plan to improve myself. Training, Nutrition, and Stress Reduction/ Relaxation. So this relaxation stuff falls under the third category. I’m the least Woo-Woo guy out there. This appeals to me more than other forms meditation because it give me something to ‘actively work on’ (this suits my personality better) as opposed to vipassana / mindfulness where one just sits and observes experience unfolding. I could never seem to keep it in good practice. Its not that the stuff is not good, but I think that one has to be ‘ready’ for such practices. Forcing/feeling guilty for not achieving nirvana is stupid.

This is my little routine:

1. Autogenic Routine to get into “deep muscle relaxation”
2. Run through my very practical auto-suggestive goals - I really feel this is powerful, its like writing the script for your own self talk.
3. Do the autogenic routine focusing on my genitals
4. Get up look and my flaccid and be happy!

Its like the flaccid at the end is a little reward for doing the relaxation work. WORKS FOR ME! Keeps me coming back :)

I have been keeping up with this relaxation training and every day I am more convinced. A relaxed cock is a cock that ready to train. I do a quick 10 min session and then I do my PE work. I even ‘engage’ the relaxation mechanism during the stretches. Feels great.
