Relaxation Training = Bigger Flaccid?
I have been experimenting with ‘Autogenic Training’ a form of relaxation training developed by a Germans… Its basically a method to put yourself into a state of deep muscle relaxation through giving your body ‘verbal commands’ and ‘feeling relaxation from the inside out’. At first you start with relaxing just one arm, then two, then legs, then the whole body. Eventually collapsing the whole practice into a short routine that you can calm yourself down with.

I do this for other purposes, but I have experienced PE related effects which I will share.
I’m just at the end of the "heaviness" phase and this is what I can report: I lay down for 10 minutes and get up totally relaxed with the LONGEST, WELL CIRCULATED SOFTEST, MOST PILLOWY Flaccid of my life. Pretty much every time. On command. Its the flaccid I would be happy to have as a finished product. Its become a routine to pull down my pants and check in the mirror… I know I did my relaxation work right If I get up and I’ve got this amazing hanging flaccid.
When I’m done with the "heaviness" routine on my body, I run it on my genitals. With each breath I feel this delightful tingling in that area and my testicles feel like they are moving around. This sounds crazy, maybe, but It has been my experience.
I like to do a 10 minute session right before my PE Sessions.
Now the magic flaccid doesn’t last all day. But I cant help but wonder if doing this a few times a day, cant chill me out permanently or trend in the direction of being more relaxed in general. Or if I can use it to max the flaccid before I show it to a girl for the first time….?
