Restarting PE after a nine month hiatus
Hello, I’m a college student and my life/schedule is hectic. I rarely have anytime to myself to do PE, but I did make the time/space to do it last year at school. I do intend on starting up again (as soon as I can get out of a six man living situation), but I am having differing thoughts on the newbie program. I started doing the newbie program, I saw about a 1.3 cm gain (about 1cm was retained) in length and a 0.3 cm (maybe 0.1-0.2cm was retained) gain in girth. I now solely want to concentrate on length after reading more about how gaining girth first makes it substantially harder to gain length later on. I am thinking about doing two ten to fifteen minute intense stretching sessions a day with heat, two days on one day off, instead of the newbie routine just to facilitate length gains. I will throw in some jelqing to maintain penile health, but just enough for that, no more. My goal is to gain 2.5cm. I was reviewing Bennett’s routine (the man who went from about 3” to 6” in the course of a few years) and he only did stretching for two years and experience great length gains. I have a very high LOT (9-12 o’clock) and I want to use this to my advantage. What does everybody think about this? I eventually want to get girth gains after the length gains and I believe that I will start with the newbie routine then, then move a more advanced routine before getting in to clamping. I am also considering hanging after experiencing a plateau in the stretching gains, assuming that I have not reached my 2.5cm goal solely by stretching.
Also, a question about the heating: it is my understanding that hangers heat before their hanging seasons but not after. I have read that this is to keep the ligaments and tissue in an extended form while cooling to cement that stretch where as heating them would make them more malleable and return them to a shorter form (I.e. The form they were before the stretching), thus eliminating some effects of the stretching due to hanging. Is this correct? If so, should I follow suit with stretching?
Thank you for your responses in advance. I look forward to hearing what y’all think!
