If by retard you mean shrink and shrivel up after a session, Definitely yes. Prior to Bib’s LOT theory, I spent almost two straight months pulling as hard as I could on my ligs straight down. I would get SERIOUS retraction after each session. I believe I was stressing them past the safety zone, and consider myself lucky I didn’t do any permanent damage…

Well, If my lot is 9:00 then which way should I be stretching? And if you dont mind, what is the safety zone?

If your LOT is 9:00, you should be concentrating on downward stretches. If you can reach under your leg and grab your prick from behind and pull it between your ass cheeks, are at least as close to it as possible, this should be optimum for lig stretch.

If not, just pull straight down in the center, left and right. You want to feel a good stretch, but don’t try to rush things and go to far. You want to be holding stretchs below your pain threshold, if it hurts, you’ve gone too far and may be potentially injuring your ligs.
