Ok. this whole reverse keggling thing is really confusing. when im pushing urine out harder when i pee i just like hold my breath a bit and push but it feels like its all coming from my stomach…. is that what a reverse kegel is? i dont feel ANYTHING near my dick contracting or anything… any help would be nice
