Routine before clamping

I’m in no way a beginner, I did the newbie routine for 6 months and have been hanging for another 6. I want to start focusing on girth. I bought some clamps and was about to start this evening until I stumbled upon a previous thread where it was brought to my attention that it might be smarter to start girth slower and try things like jelq squeezes, ulis, horse 440 etc. How would I go about creating a routine? I’m a little bit confused how to proceed. Should I just pick one of these exercises and do them until I start to feel fatigue like I do hanging? One day on one day off? I just need some help with programming.


Starting: 5.5 BPEL, 4.5 EG

Current: 6.2 BPEL, 4.5 EG

Goal: 8 BPEL, 6 EG
