Routine Critque
Hey folks,
I’m looking for any advice or suggestions about my current routine. I’m one month into my program so I’ll post what I’m currently doing.. There was a warm up period to what I’m at now and I’ve had no issues as far as EQ or negative PI’s are concerned, but I’m not going to post all that stuff.
Length
For length I’m using a quick extender pro. I usually do a few minutes of light stretching before putting it on. I average roughly 5-6 hours per day. I usually take it off and massage myself a bit every couple of hours when I feel discomfort but I’ve never felt “pain” so I’m assuming I’m on the right track there.
Girth
I’ve been using a hydro max bathmate and have worked up to a routine that is Monday to Friday, 10 minutes per day, and I’m entering at either full erection or very close to full.
Other activity/notes.
I have a stealth for men sleeve ordered to help fight turtle for while I’m not actively doing PE. While I’m in the extender I always place something warm like a blanket or pillow over me to keep the area warm which seems to make it way more comfortable and also seems to make my flaccid much more malleable and bigger.
I’m also taking some supplements. Mainly L-arginine and maca to help with blood flow and performance.
I’m currently at 7 inch BPEL and 5.25-5 meg and 6inch base girth. I’d love to hit 8 inch length and 6 inch meg.. Does this seems reasonable?
Please, any advice or suggestion is welcome. I know I’ve got a long road ahead of me to reach those goals but I feel extremely motivated.
Edit: to clarify, I take rest days on the weekends with the bathmate but continue to use the extender. Would a rest day be recommended for all PE activities at least once a week?
