Routine For A Beginner
Hi, all. I’m new here, about 5 inch at the moment and want to reach 7 inch in a year. I’ve checked out some posts including the newbie routine, but I can’t use anything to warm my penis up. Is there any way to warm it up without using external things? I thought of starting with stretching, dry jelqing, edging, and kegels in one routine every other day. In what order should I do them? And what amounts would you recommend for a beginner?
