Routine For Now

Routine For Now

Today I tried something new and hopefully it isn’t too much too soon. Since I started, jelqing has been my bread and butter and I will continue doing them. But now will be adding Ulis to my routine. Any input for how many and how long to do them would be much appreciated. Today I did 3 sets of 30 seconds. I will pay attention to my PI’s and hopefully not overdo it. I’m thinking of maybe adding 5 seconds each week until I reach 1 min sets.

You should check out my progress report. That’s exactly what iam doing. I have worked myself up to 8 sets @ 1min and 25 seconds.

I started with 4 sets at 20 seconds inbetween my jelqing routine and slowly added time from there.

They have definitely helped with girth and maybe even length, as well as a veiny and ribbed looking unit. Working my way up to the 2 minute holds.
