Routine For Now
Today I tried something new and hopefully it isn’t too much too soon. Since I started, jelqing has been my bread and butter and I will continue doing them. But now will be adding Ulis to my routine. Any input for how many and how long to do them would be much appreciated. Today I did 3 sets of 30 seconds. I will pay attention to my PI’s and hopefully not overdo it. I’m thinking of maybe adding 5 seconds each week until I reach 1 min sets.
