I think you really have to understand your penis and determine what is too much, too little, and just enough. Since ejaculation hinders gains, I PE everyday and use the day I have sex and/or masturbate as my day(s) off. Just as long as I am not having any negative PIs…I keep stretching, jelqing, ADSing, and pumping to keep me on track to reaching my goals!
