Hey guys, I’ve got some questions regarding the routine I’ve been on. I’ve been doing Pe on and off for a little over 2 years but never really stuck to a program based on time issues. What are some good things to incorporate in a routine that doesn’t take a lot of time. Right now I usually wake up 15-20 min earlier and stand under the hot water in the shower and stretch really good. Up, down, right left, straight out, rotate, BTC.. all these. I get a nice stretch in there it feels like. I usually go to work and then go to the gym and then try to get a pumping session in 3-4 nights a week. I have a 2 inch cylinder and usually do 2 15 min sets of up to 6 hg. does anyone have anything I could add to this? Or has anyone had nice gains from a simple routine like this? I just don’t have the time between work and my gf and the gym and a new puppy to put in the time that I want. I have to pump while my dog is sleeping lol.. any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I got my fwb into pumping. First I got her some nipple suckers, then convinced her to pump her clit. I started making serious gains when I started making time for it. I’ll wake up an hour before I have to and do some jelquing in the shower and pump while I eat breakfast. I have a jar that I use for full package pumping that I pair with a piece of vinyl tubing and some cocoa butter for handicap stall workouts while I’m out running errands. I’ll sneak away and do a 10 min set at about 8hg, slowly dropping it to 2-3. I can also put said jar in a jockstrap, throw on a robe and walk around my apartment doing housework. If the gym is slow I’ll bring it to the gym and spend an hour after my workout switching between pumping in the sauna and jelquing in the shower.

I also got more pumping in when I started pumping in bed before I went to sleep. I get the cylinder all situated then gingerly lay down and put the covers over me. You can even go under the covers and get really warm. Just don’t use water unless you’re brave. I have a theory that bath mates work so well in part because of the water in the tube but also the warm shower raises body temp which I’m certain speeds up gains. It was freezing cold in my room for a couple days and when I would pump I’d lose gains within hours. I’ve yet to pump in a hot tub but I really wanna try.

The most I’ve done is 3 1-hour sessions in a day. One first thing in the morning, then when I got back from work, edged on and off for 4 hours and did it again before bed. If I’m going to the bathroom, I’m jelquing 100 times unless I’m at most urinals (there’s always special cases)

Oh! And find a really comfy cock ring to wear all the time. I use to wear a metal one 24/7 before I got into PE because my dick was the same size all the time. I got an adjustable leather strap with neoprene padding that I can cinch up tight for showing off, medium for all day, and then loose for night. I still have gains from the night before and it got to a point where I would have to take days off because I work retail and people were noticing.
