Routine

Everyday I do ligament stretching I stretch different to everyone else because normal stretching causes me pain ( I have chronic prostatitis and it triggers the pain ) I grip my foreskin with my thumb and index finger then wrap my other fingers around my shaft and pull I get a good stretch only in the ligaments . I stretch for 30-40 minutes mostly straight out and left and right I feel the stretch best here I do this everyday, every other day I do ulis 5 seconds holds for 20 minutes I’ve been doing this for roughly three weeks my problem is I don’t get any temporary increase in size or anything tbh I feel it gives me hard flaccid more . Do you think this is enough to gain?

Also how do you get that nice floppy penis? Like you know when you are semi erect and it’s still full and floppy? Occasionally I will have days like this but majority of the time even just 20% erect will be hard .
