Schraders Routine
Hello all. Long time lurker, first time poster.
I started some PE activity by using the newbie routine about 2 years ago be it, kinda half assed. I didn’t do much research about it and just started pulling on stuff. I was working nights and would get home after the kids and wife were sleeping, so I figured might as well try it. I gained a couple 1/16ths of an inch in length and virtually no girth change. My EQ was awesome before but got even better with the PE routine. As we all do, time got to me and I didn’t make time for it anymore.
Fast forward to the start of Covid and I find myself with tons of time at home. My wife got sent out of town for a couple months for work, so I started lurking again and decided to do this the right way.

I start with stretching. 2 minutes straight out, down, left, right, up, and the Mandingo stretch. All under heat. Then a 5 minute rest under heat and then another round. I then move to about 30-35 minutes of wet jelqing with erection levels around 30-80%.
Started seeing growth! Measured BPEL at 6 7/16s and 5 1/4” girth. EQ was the best it has ever been. Went and visited my wife out of town and had THE ABSOLUTE BEST SEX WE’ve EVER HAD. So much so that I told her what I had been doing. She said all the things that loving wives say, but got interested in the actual measurements. She had no problem with throating me before, but now would gag if she wasn’t positioned just right.
It’s been a couple months since then and I’ve incorporated some ULIs and 440 squeezes about every 5 mins into my 30 min jelqing session.
Currently measuring BPEL 6.5” and 5.5” MEG. I hear of everyone having a great plump hanging cock after their sessions, but I’m not seeing it. I get a fat chode for about 5 mins but it goes away during a shower. I’ve noticed that I’m hanging a little bit longer during the day, but nothing crazy.
Looking for some tips, tricks, technique changes. I’m open to anything and everything that helps. Don’t know if I could get into the hanging or ADS.
