Should I feel soreness in penis?

Soreness in regular workouts is a good sign, what about in PE workouts? My penis always feels completely the same before and after a PE workout. Am I not going hard enough?

There should be a feeling that you just worked out your penis. Recently, I ramped up my stretches because I was experiencing the same thing. I’d get done and feel as though I didn’t do anything at all. This is all fine.

Yet……..

What’s your routine? I checked out your profile and you haven’t started a progress log? You really should do this, because we can’t offer you anything without knowing how long or how hard you have been working out. If we could see your full routine, then we could assess more and give you better advice on if you should ramp up or not.

I’m not that serious about PE, so I just do stretches, wet and dry jelq, and kegels. But I’ve been doing this for months now and I do PE throughout the whole day, just whenever I have time, so I’d say my penis is well conditioned.

I would recommend keeping track of what you do. Soreness can be a sign of a good workout or overwork. Not keeping track of what you’ve been doing will make it hard to tell the difference. This is why using a set schedule for your exercises and your rest times and rest days can help.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

No. Damaged tissue is damaged. Why can be from the microtearing you want or macrotearing you do not. Without a schedule and a log to note your previous feelings and times of growth as well as good Physiological Indicators…you are going to just be guessing whether it’s good soreness or bad soreness.

Basically, without a schedule and log of some kind you’re doing PE blind and hoping for the best.

To me, once you are conditioned, then soreness should have gone away. So, if you are experiencing extended soreness, then I would recommend cutting back on the intensity you are using. PE should be stimulating growth, not forcing it.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

We’re in the same boat. Yes, you should feel a little sore but not to the point where youre in pain. Im start my 10th week tommorow after the first 7 weeks I wasnt seeing any gains. I measured again and now im up to 7.85 NBP length and I’m up to 5.30ish in girth. This was because I knew I had ramp up the force Now I work out till my penis its “exausted” the KEY is to listen to your dick. I just did a workout and I still feel sort of like my dick is on fire or something. I was gonna post this later but, I think the secret is to do exhaust the penis and then allow yourself to rest however many days untill its nit “exhausted” ya follow me? Again the KEY is to listen to your dick. Sunday Ima start taking my before pic now that I believe I figure this stuff out.

I’d call it fatigue. Thus far I have seen varying levels of fatigue from:

“Oh fuck, I’m cold, Now I’m hot, I’m shriveling up into nothing, pang! ow! what have you done to me?!”

I really prefer the first one.
