Don’t over do any pe prior to the event (I notice that causes turtling more for me). I can understand the caffeine thing (not that I don’t use it) like anything, our bodies tend to rely on these substances after awhile. If you quit for a week or so, you won’t even crave it anymore as much and in turn, you probably won’t feel fatigued as much without it, we are very much creatures of habit.
I think the mild pumping would help too, I know it works for me, just don’t over due it to much in the hours leading up to the situation. Use heat and light stretches before. Will you be sitting durring this situation? I find I turtle a lot more while sitting, if it’s unavoidable to sit, really try to have good posture. It seems like a more slumped posture (as a lot of people tend to have when casually sitting) seems to cause more turtling.
