Six Weeks into the Newbie Routine
I’ve just complete six weeks of the newbie routine. Per the instructions, I slowly increased my work volume to 600 wet jelqs and ten minutes of manual stretching, along with 50 kegels. I’m following the suggested 2 days on, one day off schedule. Now that’s I’ve worked my way up to the full number of reps, I’m assuming I should keep doing that same workout for at least the next six weeks. Will you guys please confirm that for me? Thanks.
