So I’ve been stretching down, left , right for 30 second reps 5 times each the past 4weeks. At the base of my penis I have a small bruise that really isn’t that bad at all (no pain etc).

I was just wondering if this is the beginning steps of the ligaments popping or should I treat this like an injury and not do any stretching for awhile? If I stop stretching should I at least continue the jelq? The bruise is positioned at such a point where I won’t even be touching it unless I’m gripping very low into the base.

If you need any more information let me know, I’m not too good with knowing what info to provide .

You don’t say how long you’ve had the bruising. I sometimes get that for the first 3 or 4 days of stretching after a layoff, but it goes away after a couple of days.

I’ve had the bruise only for about 2 days. It’s not even that big, maybe a cm x cm

Do you mean a visible bruise?

I’ve had base soreness from hanging, but I never saw discoloration-like bruise.

Yea very slight discoloration, it’s not sore I just know that when it comes to PE you don’t ever wanna overdo it
