Spreading the routine
I found it difficult to dedicate a full continuous hour a day to the excercises..
I wondered whether dividing the routine to :
Morning (warm-up+stretching)
Evening (jelqs+keggels)
Keeps it usefull and productive ?
Isn’t the period between the stretches and jelqs too long ?
I really don’t want to “try” something that could be a complete waste of time.
