Acronyms - off to do some stretching

I have been reading lots of posts over the last few days since joining and found lots of really useful advice to get me started. However I can not find the meaning of many acronyms. I have been directed to a glossary but this only opens the intro to the newbie forum for me?

Can someone please define, BPEL, NBPEL (NBP), MEG, FSL and TBD?

I think I can guess most though NBPEL and TBD have me baffled!πŸ€”

Oh yes apart from the obvious reason for wanting to know what these acronyms mean I want to start recording my stats and not sure what NBPEL might mean!

NBPEL Non bone pressed erect length. Measure without pushing the fat pad back.

TBD, I don’t know.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

MEG: midshaft erect girth.

On the rest, do what Titleist indicated and the meaning will show up.

Having just started the newbie routine I am finding doing 50 kegels with a 5 second hold quite difficult. Any advice?

My pump has just arrived in the post, is doing the newbie routine and using a vacuum pump a good idea?

Just read it’s good to remove the hair from around the base of the penis to allow the pump to get a firm hold, so razor, cream or tweezers, which is best? Again any advice?

Razor. Only begin pumping after completing the newbie routine.

Your pelvic floor muscles aren’t conditioned to hold for that long. Try 2 seconds hold kegels.

Newbie routine

Can you help with something in specific for gaining length.

Yo! First post. Long time lurker.

Started PE a few months ago due to some mild ED, which turns out to have been due to more physiological than physical issues.

So the last 3 months have been lots of manual work, stretching and jelqing and slowly introducing some squeezes. I’m happy to say that as a result of the work my EQ is now awesome and I’m enjoying sex again. Very happy.

But now I want to kick on and start building some gains, particularly girth. I recently bought a bathmate x30 and have been experimenting with pressure etc to make sure I don’t get too much fluid build up.

I’m currently 7.75 BPEL 5.2 mseg and 5.5 beg. Like many men my first goal is to work towards the 8x6.

I feel that my dick is strong and recovers well from sessions so I’m after some advice on what to focus on for girth.

Pumping is good. I can get a great seal and pressure without fluid or permanent discolouration.

After pumping (3x5 mins), jelqing 60-90% erect 100 reps and ulis I measure approx 7.8 BPEL 5.5 mseg and 6.2 beg. I do this most days.

Should I just keep going with what I’m doing?
