In my opinion there is not much differences among TP and a pay site, from the point of view of the proposed techniques. But the difference is huge in terms of knowledge, informations, support, sharing, quality, experiences. No other words now in my mind to describe the advantage that TP has. No comparison is possible!

I normally buy books on subjects I know just in case there is a little more that I can learn.

Shutting the world out is not in my genes nor to become fanatic.

Besides I did not buy, I simply asked.

Often books are a good source of distilled information and I think that’s why people pay for PE sites as well, so that they don’t have to do any critical thinking themselves.

The problem with PE is that it’s not a field where proper research has been done and things have been learned incontrovertibly to be true and these things can be distilled down to a pithy primer on the subject. It’s rather the opposite: the truth is boring and mundane, documented by individuals and when enough individuals say the same thing it forms some kind of consensus on what works. So what happens with the books and the pay sites is they have to present secret sauce, a special method that’s better than everyone else’s but strangely no one else is talking about or has tested over time. So, if you take that option, you are likely to get a skewed picture of what works, rather than better information.

There might be a time when good paid educational resources are available but it’s not now and there are good reasons to assume that these kinds of resources can’t exist yet because the basic work that makes these kinds of things possible hasn’t been done.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

No problem roamer. Generally speaking PE is an area where people are trying to make money out of male insecurity, so there are many sources of bad information. Read critically (yes, even here) and you’ll be fine.

I read somewhere that doing exercises that stretch my dick and stuff could make my blood cells or what ever inside my ding dong explode and in the end having a malfunctioning zim-zam . If I follow your program is there any result of injury and one last question :) will I have results !

There is no gunpowder or nitroglycerine in our penis composition … so no explosives ding-dong.

Nothing in life is 100%, failure will always be there … waiting for you to make a mistake.
Most of the material found here is about to teach the individual to avoid those “mistakes”.

By doing the right thing, sooner or later, positive results will show up.

Question on Timing

Just starting the newbie routine. Have not taken measurements yet. Will do that this weekend hopefully.

With respect to the routine, as I progress to longer stretch and jelq sessions, can I break them up throughout the day. I am in the military and I go to the gym in the morning and do my routine in a stall. It isn’t feasible to occupy the shower stall for 45 minutes but I could probably do 20 minutes in the AM and 20 minutes at night after the kids go to bed.

Right now it is not an issue since I am working up to longer sessions but in a few months it might pose a problem for me.

Many do it twice a day, with good results.

Just be consistent.
