Starting Tonight

Hi All,

I have done a lot of reading over that last couple of days, and have decided to start tonight with a very light routine. I plan to do 2 on 1 off of:

5 to 10 minutes warm up
Light stretches in all directions, 3 sets x 30 seconds
100 light jelqs, aiming for 5 second strokes
50 kegels
5 minutes warm down

Doesn’t sound like much, but who knows, it may be too much. I won’t know for sure until I’m at it. Wish me luck and I’ll report back tomorrow with any questions (and hopefully no concerns!). I may change to 1 on 1 off depending on how it feels and functions tomorrow.

Welcome to the forums Wideload. Just remember not to pull to hard when stretching and don’t grip too hard when jelqing. Other then that, enjoy your journey.

Your post tells me you have done your homework. My only advice is to work up to 5 seconds each, for me a long jelq can be intense.

I think you are well on your way. Keep watching your penis and don’t be afraid to let up in terms of routine if you feel you need to.

PE routines can also be cumulative in that one workout may be great, but the same workout the next time or the time after that will be too much. Just something to watch for.

I would start with much less than that but everyone is different.

I would start my first couple of days with 30 to 50 Jelgs. And 2 to 3 secs per jelg.

You’ve got forever in front of you. Whats 2 light days to start.

I would also start real light on the pressure to see what you can handle.

I went real tentative at first testing what load,no pun intended,I could take and didn’t go much tougher than that.

Thanks to everyone for your replies and advice. After taking into consideration what you have offered, I will start with 50 jelqs instead of 100, and will take special care to ensure I don’t build the intensity as I go, or let the erection level get too high.

I am already very anxious to start, so thanks for your replies. They have reminded me to stay level-headed and not get overzealous. A light routine to start with low reps is still better than nothing at all.

With that attitude, I see a long and fruitful PE career ahead of you WideLoad. :)

Ok, all went well last night as far as I can tell. I stuck to the plan and did very light stretches and 50 slow, light jelqs. No real change in appearance or behaviour afterward, just felt very warm and a little heavier for 10 minutes or so. I woke up at about 4:00am with raging wood so I guess all is ok.

Just one question: immediately after I was done, I did not bring myself to full erection as I was not in the slightest bit horny. Maybe I was wrong, but I was expecting to be somewhat “turned on” after handling myself for 1/2 an hour. Quite the opposite in fact, I felt like the session had taken the edge off. I was not really horny when I started the session, just the normal “good to go” feeling that summarizes the majority of my waking hours! When I was done however, I felt quite indifferent which was somewhat surprising. I do not assume this is normal, however the stiffy in the middle of the night possibly suggests that everything had returned to normal, no?

Sounds like you had almost the perfect first session!! I completely agree with firegoat, you have a great attitude.

For me horniness comes and goes and really doesn’t seem to be closely related to PE. I wouldn’t worry about it.

That is actually quite normal. Some guys like to jack off after a PE session, some guys find their penis feels a little tired and wants a rest after PE. As it was a new experience for your penis, it probably wanted a rest, but as soon as it had had one, was raring to go. :)

If you start a session already feeling very horny, you may have a different experience. Go with the flow.

All things considered, I think it went well. I don’t have any soreness or fatigued feeling of any kind, and visually it doesn’t look any different than normal so I am under the assumption that things are at a normal state. However, the only difference I have noticed is that I am more “aware” of my penis if that makes sense. Normally, it just hangs and I don’t notice it, but today I can feel that it is there. I hope you understand what I mean.

I have had a few ragers today and a few semi’s, everything feels as per usual. Should I do another session tonight (that would make 2 days on), or rest and see how it feels tomorrow? It feels like a good thing, so I am thinking I should do a session tonight, but I am also new and excited and must take that into consideration. Any experienced input is more than welcome.

If I get no responses, I will proceed with tonight and pay close attention to how my penis reacts each step of the way, and I will react accordingly with caution as the first priority.

Glad you have started the hands on portion of PE. That way when registration opens back up you can join in the fun giving the n00bs advice like, “Jalapeño enemas ave vital to gains!”
