Starting with hanging routine question
Good morning,
I have a question. I’m gonna start hanging after 1 year of PE this weekend. I’m a little excited because this is the first time I’m doing an advanced method of PE. I’ve gained a good amount with jelqing and stretches (bit extender no gains) and I only need 0.5cm for my ultimate goal. Im close to 7BP started at 6 and I think this goal is realistic and I should end my PE journey with this. I think their are more important things then penis size (for me personally). 7 BP will be pretty above average and I should get that little extra for my future girlfriend or wife which was my goal. Im so glad I started PE and it changed my life for sure!
I did a lot of research and spoke to quite a few senior member who did hanging but the problem is they all gave me different advice’s. I want to do first sessions only 5 mins for 1-2 weeks and buildup to 20 mins max per session to get used to the vacuum hanging device from total man.
I had some sort of hanging calculator that said 2kg should be good for me because my flaccid size is 9cm
But I don’t have a good routine. I think I will start with
- 5 mins warmup hot washing cloth (like I did this year every session)
- 5-20mins (build up to 20 within 2 weeks) without heat maybe 0.5lbs to start off buildup to 1.5kg
-5-20 mins with heat 1lbs build up to 2kg (within 2 weeks)
- 5-20 mins without heat 2kg again
- warm down with washing cloth
I will do 2-3 months of hanging and then 2 months off. I’ve read this is good for you but I’m a bit afraid I will lose gains in my decon break (If I say decon correctly) but more important I don’t injure myself.
Is this a good routine or should I do something different? What are things I need to lookout for?
I don’t want to get to heavy because I’m so close to my final goal and it would be devastating to injure my penis when I’m so close to my ending goal for my PE journey.
