Static routine or dynamic routine?

Hi guys,

I’ve been thinking about this for days.

It is good to use the same controlled routine all the time for “x” weeks/months (X min jelq,X min stretching,X min edging) and try to obtain the max in terms of gains with that before increasing the intensity (minutes)?

Or it is better not to make adapt our penis to the stimulus and changing minutes, or exercise, every few sessions?

Same thing about the schedule: One week using the 2On/1off and the next 3On/1Off or 2On/2Off etc..
