Stretch-Only Routine For Girth?
How’s it going, guys. First off, thanks to you all who have helped me out here over the last year or so. Second, I am about to come off a 3 month decon break. After multiple attempts to increase girth (I.e., Bathmate, SSJs, clamping, O-Bends), I decided in March of this year to take a break in the event the ‘ol tunica was getting overworked. So far, EQ has been great and it doesn’t look like I lost any size during the time off.
My question is in regards to easing back into a routine after this break ends. I had considered starting with the Bathmate/jelqing Newbie Routine I did initially when I started, but since I believe my tunica, not lack of smooth muscle tissue, is a limiting factor for me, I am considering changing things up a bit. What I am thinking of doing is a month of just heat/bundled stretches, 10 minutes each, 2 days on/1 off. The idea being that I can loosen up the tissue a bit before I start another routine.
Has anyone had success (girth-wise) with targeted stretching only? Does my logic here sound legit or am I grasping?
