Stretch-Only Routine For Girth?

How’s it going, guys. First off, thanks to you all who have helped me out here over the last year or so. Second, I am about to come off a 3 month decon break. After multiple attempts to increase girth (I.e., Bathmate, SSJs, clamping, O-Bends), I decided in March of this year to take a break in the event the ‘ol tunica was getting overworked. So far, EQ has been great and it doesn’t look like I lost any size during the time off.

My question is in regards to easing back into a routine after this break ends. I had considered starting with the Bathmate/jelqing Newbie Routine I did initially when I started, but since I believe my tunica, not lack of smooth muscle tissue, is a limiting factor for me, I am considering changing things up a bit. What I am thinking of doing is a month of just heat/bundled stretches, 10 minutes each, 2 days on/1 off. The idea being that I can loosen up the tissue a bit before I start another routine.

Has anyone had success (girth-wise) with targeted stretching only? Does my logic here sound legit or am I grasping?

I don’t think I ever gained girth from stretching. A routine of clamping and pumping is what worked for me.

Reverse stretch might work. Instead of pulling, grab with one hand near base and compress with another. Sometimes tissue is tough and most of exercises barely change girth size, but this one can push much-much stronger. Just make sure it’s soft and not higher than half-flaccid erection. With stronger erection it becomes almost impossible to move and I suppose might lead to injury.


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Thanks for the reply. I was on a pumping/clamping routine for several months after hitting a plateau, but didn’t see any results. Hopefully the time off helped as I did notice some great temporary gains from clamping.

Interesting. Sounds a lot like slow squash jelqs, but with a lower erection level. I did notice more expansion when not fully erect. Maybe there is something to what you’re recommending. Thanks, man.

Me. I focused in length only for last 10 months, but lost 2-3 months because of frenulectomy.
In those 10 months gained 12 millimetres girth , while focusing in extenders 70% that time, hanging 20% that time, hand stretches 10% the time.
I mean I found hanging to be damaging, hand stretches to be ineffective in my case maybe to poor technique, and found extenders to be fantastic.

The girth work I did was negligible, more oriented to experiment what a clamp is, what a pump is, and gained crazy unexpected girth..
The clamping sessions I did were less than 10 sessions.. And I think I obtained nearly 0,5-1 millimetre each session.. That what my log seem to reflect. I used pump just once.

My theory, just my opinion, is that the longitudinal stretch makes girth development turn a piece of cake. That´s the only thing that makes sense to me.

I agree. Neither I gained girth with length work,
But in my experience the implication is that length work might completely change how girth work impacts the final results.

I mean I gained half inch in girth totally effortlessly while all I wanted was length

Apologies for the late reply (newborn in the house and non stop job training). I had wondered if an extender would be helpful since it seems that extending the tunica for a prolonged period of time would be beneficial.

Can I ask what type extender you used and for how long per day?

Been running an extending routine for the past 3 months (3 on/1 off) with 8-10hrs in the extender followed by the Bathmate for 15min, then the extender for 1hr. So far results look good. EQ has improved and my flaccid hang is much fuller. Thanks for the advice, man.

Thanks for the heads up. I actually started bundled stretches last year and did them every workout for almost a full year. I got an initial boost from them, but that halted. It seems I may just be one of those guys who require more time under tension rather than shorter bouts with stretching.
